ONE MAN SIGNED THE ENTIRE WARD RESULTS OF UGWUNAGBO LGA.


TODAY IN BRIEF
1. The 2nd Respondents (THE PDP) officially opened their case today.
2. Only one Respondent witness from the PDP appeared today.The witness is 2RW01. His name is Ike Onyenweaku.
3. This witness confirmed under cross examination that as an LGA PDP Agent for Ugwunagbo,, ( HE CONFIRMED UNDER OATH THAT HIM ALONE SIGNED FOR ALL THE WARDS IN UGWUNAGBO)

PC: Can you confirm what column 7,9 and 11 say?
2RW1: No results



PC: You signed d exhibit shown to you as LG collation agent for PDP
2RW1: Yes

PC: Did you sign any other INEC in any other capacity?
2RW1: Yes, with reasons. As at the time we arrived at the collation center I was the only PDP that was allowed to sign the results. The APGA agent was also the only person allowed to sign result.

PC- (shows witness an Exhibit PBB01B2) Can you find the signature of any other agent there? hahahahaha
2RW1: No I can't find any

PC: (shows witness another exhibit) Can you find your signature?
2RW1: Yes

PC: Do you find the signature of another party agent there?
2RW1: No.

Dr Ottis lawyer shows him other INEC documents and the signature of other party agents didn't appear. He says he finds it a surprise not to see the signature of other party agents.

The signature of the other party agents doesn't appear there. The court burst into laughter, laughing at his ignorance.

The judge has asked 2nd Respondents (PDP) lawyers if they can take one more witness before 5pm. PDP said please THE COURT SHOULD continue tomorrow
