How to Use Your Customers as Your Brand Ambassadors in Nigeria

1 of 5 techniques for selling your products without being salesy - in fact, people won't know you are selling anything. They won't see you pushing sales but they will see you counting money.

The worst thing that can happen to any salesperson before a stranger (especially online) is if they notice you want to sell your product to them by all means.

If you don't know, let me intimate you that customers can smell from a thousand miles a salesperson that's desperate to sell and the one that's not. So, if you wouldn't want them to shut you up long before you end your pitch [online it could mean "dead silence"], please, pay rapt attention to what I'm about to show you.

This has nothing to do with ASKING your customers for testimonials or referrals; it has nothing to with paying an influencer to promote your brand but it has everything to do with turning ALL your customers to become brand ambassadors without spending a kobo.

How does this work, you may ask?

Very simple!

Take the picture of them using your product and promote it on your social media platform. If you care (which I think you should), add a small inscription to it and that's all. Afterwards, tag only the person(s) that appeared in the image. You need to ask if they will share it or not, because they will.

Once the post goes live, follow it up with a sales copy targeted at promoting the same kind of product the customer is using. As people check out the image, a good number of them will also land on your sales copy. How compelling your copy is, will now do the remaining magic.

At the time of writing this post, I have only used it in 3 industries, which include: fashion/ designing (clothing), cosmetics and cake baking industries, and the results have been awesome. However, you can try it out in your own niche and tell me how it worked.
